I have a close work permit, I become a OINP nominee and applied for PR two months ago.
My PR isn't via Express Entry but under Provincial Nominee Program category.
Last week I lost my job and I notified OINP about it.
I also asked OINP how much time do I have to get a new job before lose by nomination, but they didn't answer yet.

Lets say that I manage to get a new job on time and than a new Nominee Certificate. My questions are:
- Do I need to withdraw my PR application since the Nominee Certificate and Job Offer I sent were related to my previous employer?
- Or can I keep the PR application processing and than send the new documents to IRCC later?
- If I withdraw my PR application, will I get the 100% refund since it is still with "Submitted" status?

I'm pretty sure I could get a new Nomination before they start processing the PR since processing time is around 17 months for PNP PRs. However, I have now idea if I must withdraw the PR and than start a new one due the job change.
