Does the job offer require LMIA for the current employer, while working with a PGWP?

The title says it all!
Information on cic.gc is really vague. Do I need an LMIA in my job offer to get the points? I have been working for this employer for a year now on a PGWP.

You are on an open work permit so you need a LMIA to get the points.
