Hi everyone...

My spousal sponsorship application arrived at CPC-M on 30 January 2013, and since they're already working on apps they got on 5 Feb 2013 and I STILL haven't got an AOR (nor am I able to login to e-CAS), it means now they're officially past my processing time!

Hence I'm going to contact them at CPCM-EXTCOM @ cic.gc.ca (Application past processing times) to find out what's going on.

I have tons of proofs I'd like to send them, such as my CanadaPost delivery certificate, as well as a JPG file (a snapshot of my parcel right before it was mailed).

But do you guys know if they accept attachments? The last thing I want is for my email to get automatically deleted by their email system just because it's got attachments...!

I am not sure if attachments are accepted, but you can start by simply asking them if your application is being processed, quoting your receipt number. They don't always send an AOR and there was nothing for us in e-CAS until our sponsorship application was accepted.

Well, having called the call centre 10 times since the past 3 weeks, every single agent I talked to confirmed that they hadn't seen my application yet in their system... =/
