I have experience of software developer of 1.5 years. Can this experience be counted under Software Engineer Federal Skilled worker application.

My designation was as software developer but my responsibilties match Software Engineer. Should I apply under this category then?

One thing more, my current designation at a job is software engineer. but its experience is less than 1 year.

you need to decide on the basis of roles and responsibility in your current job

In my case my designation is Technical Systems Engineer and my job role is Expert.
Mainly i design and document new customer requirements.
So for me 2173 is suitable.
i am going ahead with that.
