Does school matters when it comes to job hunting?

Hi, I am a Chinese student who has just been admitted by UofWindsor ECE Meng.
What do Canadian's employers think about this school?
Do the school you graduated matters the most when it comes to job hunting in Canada?

I wonder if I am thinking too forward.....
