As the lengthy title suggests, Our inland sponsorship application was returned due to a missed signature. What are the options?

A) simply sign the original form with the original date
B) Sign the form and update the date
C) Sign the form, update the date and update (6) personal history to account for the past 7 months since the original application was made. My spouse was originally here on a study/work visa which has since expired.
