does PPR received means file closed? Hence no auto response to VO change email

Starting new thread to understand whether our file is closed in cic system once we get PPR which ultimately stops the auto reply mode to our emails sent to them thereafter. other question is, whether they are receiving our emails?

no, ppr doesn't mean your file is closed. getting decision made and landing closes your file. there are a lot of reports of people not getting automtatic responses from cic, so this is "normal" right now. no one can tell you if your email was received. if you need to change your contact info, then you need to email the visa office and see if you can change it through ecas as well. i am not sure if you can change emails on ecas, or if it is just for physical addresses.
