Does PG DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION SECURITY from Ignou university valid for immigration?

I have learned that all the Bachelors and Masters studies from IGNOU are valid for Immigration. I just want to know if PG Diplomas are also valid. If yes, which ECA agency(WES/ICAS) can evaluate the same?

WES is evaluating IGNOU already. So you can send it to WES. What other degrees would you like to evaluate from WES?

I know that WES is evaluating IGNOU but the confusion is PG diplomas are not in their Degree equivalence tool. So I am just wondering if anyone in past went to evaluate PGDs from IGNOU and got positive results.

BTech CSE and Maharishi Dayanand University. - I have checked this is acceptable by WES.

Submit both to WES. Once you create your WES account and add credentials, you will get an option to add your diploma.

WES will evaluate it to "Two or more certificates" category.

If your education from India, then NO. They ask for Bachelors for sure.
