Does person who has tuberculosis disease can immigrate in Canada?

I am planning to apply for a study program in Canada but unfortunately, I have just found that I have active tuberculosis and be under treatment. Will it be denied if I apply and immigrate in Canada?

Yes, if you apply now. No if you apply after your tretment and the panel physician comments that you only have innactive tb.
