Does paid quarantine 14 days counts for 1 year work experience (TR to PR)?

Hello beautiful people,

I'm looking for my option to get a PR. Can someone tell me should I apply for TR to PR non essential pathway on the date of one year after I came to Canada (I was in paid quarantine for 14 days, from July. 18 to Aug. 2)?
So should I apply on July.19 or I should wait Aug?

When did you actually start working? If your employer paid you to quarantine but you did no work the start day will be when you actually started working.

I have started working on Aug. 3. And my work contract starts from July 20. Didn't send request yet to company HR for the letter of employment, I think I should wait until last day so that they can put on the letter one year. Can I request it now and ask them to write started working from/to:
e.g. July.20.2020. / Ongoing
I mean what if date on that letter is not fulfilling one year of work experience?
