Does PA need to inform IRCC of travels done during application processing?

I'm sponsoring my wife in an outland PR application. We plan to meet up in the Czech Republic and to travel in a few surrounding countries in a few months because by then we'll have been apart for over 6 months and the application is gonna take a few more on top of that.

Will we have to inform the IRCC about these new trips outside of her country?

I don’t think so. at least when my husband and I traveled together somewhere, we didn’t tell immigration about it.
