Hi
I have worked as a kindergarten teacher for 4 years. Based on Immigration website, my work fall into "category A" and I would get points for that. My question is regarding getting the "arranged employment" in Canada. If I get a offer letter from a Canadian company, does it need to be related to my previous profession(teaching)? If I get offer letter from any other industry, would I still get points for "offer letter"?

Yes, the offer can be from another industry.

And I would like to clarify that this offer does not mean just the offer letter. Normally, you need a LMIA along with the offer letter to be considered as arranged employment.
You can see the details of the job offer definition:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

If job offer is cross industry, the CIC are more likely to have questions when you apply for LMIA. As long as you can satisfy them, it should be okay.
