I and my family here in Canada as visitors,
I applied to study permit at LA by mail, they asked me to go to them physically to give my biometrics at their VAC,
If I did SO and get my study permit; I will apply for my wife's open work permit online ...
I wanna confirm two points, please
1- she will be eligible to change her status from visitor to work permit online FROM INSIDE CANADA as she is a spouse of a study permit holder (me) ,
2- she also will be exempt from giving her biometrics, as she is already in Canada and she can apply from inside Canada,
