Does my spouse need an IELTS score???

Hey Guys!

I have just been nominated by BC PNP, and now transmitting to Express Entry. Just realize my husband doesn't have an IELTS score. Is there anyone have any idea if he need an IELTS score if I am the major applicate?

Besides, where should I update my profile if we have a one month new born baby now?
