Can anyone please let me know if my Spouse has to get another Police Clearance Certificate after coming to Canada through a Spousal Open Work Permit if PR Application is still being processed?
I am the primary applicant for my CEC application while my spouse is in India and is getting her Police Clearance Application done for submitting our PR application. If she is able to come to Canada through her SOWP application while our PR is being processed, Is it required to do PCC again from Canada and update IRCC through a web form? please let me know
