I wanna apply under NOC A, 2172 for CEC and language requirements given on CIC website are pretty confusing.

My score is -

Listening - 6.5
Reading- 6.5
Speaking-6.5
Writing -6

Overall - 6.5

Band or CLB Level 7 is still the requirement for NOC 0 and A

A score of "6" is equivalent to CLB Level 7
