Does my common law have to apply for separate BWOP?

Do I do one application for me and my common law through my own CIC account for BWOP or does she have to do a separate one through her own my CIC account? And do we need an AOR to do them both?

Only the principal applicant is eligible for a BOWP. A spouse would be eligible for a spouse open work permit, based on the PA's eligibility for the BOWP.

Yes, you need the AOR before you can apply for the BOWP.

They are separate applications, but you can submit them together.
