Does my Canadian wife need to fill out Schedule A Background Declaration?

The guidelines for Schedule A Background Declaration (IMM 5669) says the following:

"This form must be completed by:

you, the principal applicant;
your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)..."

I'm a UK citizen and my wife is a Canadian citizen. She will be sponsoring me. As she is NOT immigrating with me, and has filled out the Sponsor Declaration form, I assume she doesn't need to fill out the Schedule A / Background Declaration form as well? I'm the only one who fills this out, right?

Can someone confirm this please?

Only you (the person being sponsored) need to fill it out.

These forms are used for other classes of immigration, so sometimes the wording can be confusing for a spousal sponsorship.
