If PCC is done from my home town, where my family stays, do I need to do the medical exam from the same town/city? Or can medical exam be done from a different city (where I stay currently for my job)
Believe that any doctor recognised on the panel list can perform an immigration medical so no town/city/country restriction, has nothing to do with PCC. In fact there are not really that number of panel doctors in the world for everyone to have a medical in their home town/city so would not be unusual to be or travel to somewhere else.
