Does MCA in IGNOU gives more point for Skilled worker-express entry

Hi,

I have completed B.Sc in Mathematics in 2009 as 3 year regular course. I have 7+ year experience as Software Developer. Now I am in last semester of IGNOU MCA.

Does this distance MCA from IGNOU, New Delhi will add any points to my score ?

Could you please clarify this point.
