Does Lump sum payment from employer count as income under Low Income Cut Off

I am applying for PGP 2025:

- My Wife left her job at a Canadian hospital in Oct 2023
- As per one of her 2024 T4A, she received approx 10K as "Lump-sum payments - line 13000" from "Healthcare of Ontaio Pension Plan"
- As per our accountant advice earlier, she has filed her 2024 taxes considering this as income and no objections were raised by CRA

My doubt is:
- Will IRCC raise any objections to this income in 2024 if we are counting this under LICO?

If NOA includes this as income then should be no issue.

Yes the NOA for year 2024 include this lump sum amount.

It is line 15000. Says to deduct 13000 for training. Ask an accountant who has knowledge of PGP
