Hey, one thing i don't understand is, i was observing all these posts related to IELTS and i felt lil bit difference in result with exam location. If any one appearing from US/CANADA/UK/AUS then result showing lil low i.e hardly 6. I see good results from non-english speaking countries. If does effect, then i will go India and attend there. hahahaha lol :)

Yes, may be it depends on the location in few cases but it should not be so.
 
It could depend on the location only in parts Speaking and Essay because some dose of subjectivity might appear in rating those sections. In Writing and Reading the answers are true/false and it's all black and white. But, if you live in the country where English is the official language it is very unlikely that you are going to score less in Speaking than someone who lives in India and uses English ocassionaly.
If this what you say is truth, the reason is that people from non-English speaking countries prepare for this test much serioustly. There are english courses, a pile of literture and months of preparations.
I read somewhere that more than 50% of born Canadians (or Americans) wouldn't pass the limit regulated by CIC from the first attempt.
