Does Job switching matter for CEC?

Hello friends
Can anybody tell me that if I am working in a company at position of NOC 2241 as electronics technician and before applying for CEC I find another job and leave current job then are those hours counted as well which I worked at my current job. In other words, if I apply for CEC then are my previous job as well as current new job hours will be counted towards 12 months full time even both companies are different but same NOC 2241?
Second thing is that Can I visit back home my country after applying CEC when I complete 12 months full time hours? Do I have to keep working fulltime untill I get PR approved under CEC?

Yes both jobs will count towards your experience even if the eligible NOCs are different but in the same skill level. In your case you're all fine.

For your second question, nope you don't have to keep on working. Because your application is based on 1 year that is past beyond the time you actually apply. You can go home, but in order to get back into Canada you need a Visa! Unless you want to wait for your PR application to get through and then they will stamp an immigration Visa on your passport.
