Does it shorten the study permit processing time to have the CAQ done ?

I submitted my online application for september 2014 on August 4th, they received my biometrics on the 6th, I had the acceptance letter from a university in Quebec so I had to have CAQ which was issued on July 30th, would it take less time since I already have the CAQ or its gonna take the usual processing time ?
I know it's hard but I really hope to get the visa for this fall

In general, there is no evidence of faster processing. A CAQ in the end is just a way for quebec to keep track of it's students. It doesn't help CIC do their job.
