, There is no restriction for on line checking- (ECAS). Check daily.

But if repeated enquiry with visa office will delay your process.

It really makes no difference to your case. Some visa offices don't bother to update e-cas. My wife had her interview in April, and was approved, yet e-cas has not been updated for more than a year.

To keep up to date, I'd look up the average processing times for the embassy handling your case, and if you haven't heard from them by the
"deadline" send them an email.
