Does IQAS recognize MBA from IGNOU as equivalent to MBA in Canada?

Does IQAS recognize MBA from IGNOU as equivalent to MBA in Canada? When I was applying for an ECA, it warned me that it may not recognize it and I got worried. Please advise?
