Hi all,

Given the current uncertain Covid situation me and my husband are planning on migration to Canada. My husband's age is 40 and am 37 years.. He is an HR Manager with an EMBA and a Bcom (India). I on the other hand have been a full time mommy for the past 5 years. However am a qualified Indian CA and a BCom (India) too...Given that we on the older side and our points being only around 425 does it make sense to apply now as the current invitations are being sent across for 475+ points. Am looking for advise as to whether it makes sense to put in the money for attestations etc to process our documents for Canada? Also I think my husband will be the main applicant as I dont have 6 yrs work experience in the past 10 years...

A score of 425 is not realistic so you would be wasting your time and money if you don't do anything to increase it, especially where you have lost almost all available points for age. Look into learning French or provincial nominations; accountants and HR managers are in-demand in several provinces, especially Manitoba.
