Does Gre affect acceptance chances?

Here is my profile
matric:83%
senior secondary:72%
Btech in computer engineering:63%
TOEFL:115/120
GRE:321

my undergraduate % is a little low,does a good GRE score boost my application?
Do I have a chance in Concordia,Dalhousie,Manitoba or any other University for MSc in Computer science??

Sure dats a gud profile xcept for ur UG marks... Manitoba is a little bit difficult so my advice is apply for the universities which u r sure of getting in... dat way u can handle the disappointment...
Which admission have u planned for? if it is for September 2013 hurry up... the time is ticking...
