Does GC KEY login work properly? After I login it always re-directs to http://www.cic.gc.ca/

Why is the CIC login does not navigate to proper pages after logining in ?
Is this issue not noticed by the IT Support team and treat as Sev 1 ticket to fix this navigation and re-direct problems?
