I'm currently working a NOC B job in Canada on a PGWP. To increase my points, I'm thinking about working online from Canada back in my home country to get some foreign experience points on my EE profile. Is this valid?

Can I work an IT job online from Canada in my home country and after a year claim the points for it too?

Good luck then. I am not sure how you will be able to submit two jobs from two different countries with same timeline on your online portal. While it may not be illegal, but IRCC may ask you questions.
