Does experience in a consultancy firm not count..??

hi.... I am planning to create a profile for express entry, I have two queries. Firstly, i am having an experience as a business development officer of 1.5 years in a consultancy firm which provides education and immigration services. but my agent said this experience will not count because it may be considered fake or made up since i have worked in an immigration firm. He believes many consultancies arrange fake experiences for their clients so mine will also be deemed fake. But I have all the proofs of working over there in form of salary slips, bank statement, appointment letter. Secondly, currently i am working as head cashier in a bank. But since it is a skill level c job i can not claim the points for job experience. The only points i can take are from my previous job of business development officer. What should i do....??

You can claim the point if you have evidence to support.

Wow okay. Agents these days...

Anyway you don't worry. As long as you have legit proof (salary imbursed to your account, reference letter signed by your line manager, etc) then you shouldn't worry.

No not at all. if you have valid evidence then no one can stop you from claiming the points
 
Dear all,

I have experience as Credit Analyst in a private firm for 1 year. I worked on outsourcing assignments on behalf of a bank. The problem is my job does not fall under anyone NOC code. Is it okay if I request HR of my company to provide me with some letter of experience of some other related job?
I do have bank statement and other documents to substantiate my claim of employment with the company.
Please advise.
