My name is Bardia and I’m staying in canada with a visitors visa .I just received my passport request letter for my study visa . I went to VAC in Ankara Turkey for my biometrics and my question is ,
Do I have to go back to Turkey in order for them to attach my visa to my passport? Or it’s possible for me to go to VAC located in Mexico for this matter ?
Please if anyone knows what I must do reply as fast as possible , thank
