DOES EMAILING VISA OFFICE DELAY CASE?????

I've heard mixed reviews on this topic...does emailing local CHC (person being sponsored) for case details or progress hamper or delay ones case or even tick them off???

Please share your thoughts!!!

I think it depends what your emailing them for and how often you contact them..if its for a serious issue, or to give them extra documents required (photocopies/scans) then you will be fine...

If you constantly email them..say once a week and hamper them over the smallest thing then you will tick them off and they wont bother to reply and drag your case out...

For example.. I emailed London and it didn't slow my case down..however they only got 2 emails from me..one to ask if they required a copy of my new Visitors Record..for which they responded..and another time to give them a copy of my receipt from paying me RPFR fees..no reply was needed..

i know i probably would... i honestly never thought i would go to canada! ...im just used to everything being smooth and easy sucks i cant work my dream job because of this retarded immigration process and start my life with my husband! i hate being in canada and not working i did it for 6 months so i came back to the US and started working (sucks graduating early and being a bum):O

i just realized you can go to the immigration office i swear i would be that person outside the office everyday hahahaahaaaaaaa stalker much ;D

and the reason i would email them they wont reply just the same automated reply... like i'm sure the canadian govt has enough money and connects with the US to have actual people pick up the phone... they can even charge me for calling idc...
