Does EE profile have to be right at time of receiving or submitting?

As the question states, I raise this topic due to lack of clear guidance. I have seen this topic discussed a few times on the thread with no definitive conclusion. In the event that CIC awards extra points to a candidate without that candidate asking for it, will the candidate be penalized if they receive an ITA and submit a PR application?

I'm asking because of this silly situation which sees CIC award a candidate points for 'Canadian work experience' based on 'months' (not days worked).

Has anyone ever got a definitive answer as a result of submitting a 'Case Specific Inquiry' for example?

Please help me as I'm in a bind over this situation (not of my making)?

I believe everything should be right during the submission of our EE. As for CEC. I've also sent them some questions months back and till now, no response from them . Some says that one could hear a response in after 30 days, and sometimes those responses does not fit to the answer we are looking for. It's like a generic answer.

Sorry do you mean submission of PR application Fter getting ITA? Or do you mean creating an EE profile?
