Does ECAs-Masters+ Noc A give 135 and ECAs-Masters+Noc B give128?

Though I don't see the above mentioned score difference at (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp0 but it looks to me that there exist a difference as when I put 2283(Noc B) in my profile than I am getting 128 for Human Capital-Education part whereas on providing 2171(Noc A) it goes up to 135.

CIC site(link given above doesn't talk about differentiation based on NOC level. Can anyone please explain.

Thanks

CIC gives points for the 'Highest Educational Qualification'. If you have a Masters and a Bachelors you should only include the Masters to get '135 points'.

Thanks for the reply JoacRy.
So are you saying that NOC level doesn't matter here and Masters with Bachelors should always return 135?

I'm saying the Masters by itself gives '135 points'. No need to include Bachelors in the EE profile.

NOC type doesn't affect the max points you get here. Best wishes to you.
