Does diploma has in 2 language need to translate?

WES wants Degree Certificate(Translation). But in my diploma there is Turkish and English. Do I still need to translate?

I didn't translate my certificate and it's dual language Dutch/English. It went through AINP and cleared all stages post-aor. Just waiting for ppr now.
So my 2 cents are: don't need to translate
