You need to get an ECA for any education outside Canada. I believe you did not get an ECA so your application will be rejected. Decline the ITA, get an ECA and then create a profile

Really appreciate your response.

I had the same problem too and my score is exactly 441. I have received my ITA and yet to get my ECA report.Any idea how much would my education score be

How did you fill your EE without ECA report?

You should definitely decline it. Anyways your application will get rejected, if you proceed.
