does credit transfer on basis of past courses done effect work permit

hi friends,

if a student on study permit, applies for credit transfer , and subsequently reduces his course duration by gaining transfer credits.

would it effect his work permit duration,

for example..a student on 2 year course get transfer credits on basis of his past degree and reduces the course duration to one year, now can he get 3 years or at least 2 years ....work permit. ?

Hi,


1. Chances are very high for this member to complete his course with full/required credit hours with in 12 months.

2. I am not sure, probably it won't work (may be unless you get a graduation certificate from your school mentioning/including all credits hours including the transferred one)
