Hi,

Under the work history section, it tells you not to list any work that is performed during an apprenticeship process. I'm not very clear on the definition of apprenticeship.. Does coop work count as apprenticeship work experience?

Many Thanks

I did not put co-op work into that section. I'd imagine in CRS points experiences before grad won't count anyway

Apprenticeship typically has to be sponsored by an employer (more of a trade/ vocation). Co-op is different - in fact some employers also consider co-op experience towards work experience. However, if you are a current student, and your co-op was in Canada (they ask you for Canadian employer's address), then the form also asks you if you were studying while working. This can be interpreted as studying during the same time of undertaking co-op (Ans: No) OR as being enrolled in a program while undertaking co-op (Ans: Yes). This can be confusing. Personally, I would leave it blank if it does not take your Canadian experience to more than 1 year.

[Above is my personal opinion - standard disclaimers apply]
