Does college acceptance has less chance of visa than university acceptance?

Dear all,

I got accepted at George Brown College for a 1-year postgraduate diploma. I am applying from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was just wondering, is the visa chance less than if I would apply with an university offer letter?

Moreover, for a 1-year postgraduate diploma, how long will they allow you to work after finishing the course?

Visa depends upon your profile ,one year diploma gets you one year work permit...
