Does CIC accept missed documents via web form

Hi,

I have a quick question. If EE applicant send the missed mandatory document immediately to CIC through web form submission, will CIC consider it? Or will they straight away reject application due to incompleteness. Does anyone have any clue?

They usually accept the document as long as you truthfully explain why you missed it initially.
