Does CEC requires LMIA for Express Entry?

I currently have my post grad permit. If I want to apply under CEC through express entry, do I need a LMIA?

I am also currently employed with more than 1 year Canadian working experience if that helps.

If you already have more than a year of experience, what are you waiting for? Apply immediately through CEC, as no one is certain about the change in processes for Express Entry. It could be for the better or for the worse. Why take the risk?

Express Entry has not been implemented yet, and we do not know the rules.
