Hi guys. It seems that CEC does not exist anymore, is that right?
You can get additional scores for working experience, but the CEC itself was removed. Why I am asking, because if I apply as FSW, I can get same scores for my Canadian work, right? So what's the point for CEC now if Canadian work experience is not exclusive anymore?

CEC and FSW both dont exist anymore.. they both have been substituted by express entry. and anyway if u applied under FSW it takes years to get your pr where as cec took one year. cant say the same anymore.. but anyway even if you go on FSW now it directs you to express entry.

CEC does exists. But now you need to meet selection criteria to be able to apply for CEC. You need to submit EE profile and if selected, you will be invited to apply either for CEC or FSW.

No, that is not right. FSW, CEC, FST - all continue to exist, but are managed through the express entry process. Now, you have to meet the criteria of one of the programs, AS WELL AS the express entry criteria.

I actually don't understand the question.

but if you look at the comprehensive ranking system, you will see that there are extra points for Canadian experience.

If you receive an invitation to apply (ITA), CIC will tell you which program you qualify for. Under CEC, you still have a simpler application...

Either way, if you have an LMIA and an offer of permanant full-time employment, you will receive extra points and are assured of an ITA...
