Hi All

does anyone want if Canada and Australia share PR information such as file information..?

because I have applied in both places and want to be sure if it will not affect each other??

regards Dave

i don't think so, they're 2 different countries with different systems/people.

no need to worry unless you're in trouble with law and have a criminal record. Otherwise, no worries.

I am guessing your Australian PR might be faster than Canadian one though....

Hello Guys

Hello All

My FSW2013 application is under process at NDVO. Five months have been completed since I applied to CIC Sydney.

Now I need to leave for Australia to live there as I got Australian Visa. My question is what is the way forward for my canada FSW application. How should I go about it.
Is it ok if I had to leave for Australia..what formalities need to be completed by me so that my application is not impacted ?

Appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance.

Update NDVO with your current address.........upto you whether you want to settle permanently in Australia, or you want to go to Canada.
Each country has residency requirements for keeping PR status, so you'll eventually have to choose 1.

Australian winter may be less colder than the canadian one...and Australia is closer to India than Canada......
