Tim Hortons said no prior experience is needed they would train me for it.
I just want to confirm if the duties mentioned above qualify me for cec

Of course a sales team lead has an NOC: So you currently live in Thunder Bay? If you are paying for this LMIA don’t. Tim Horton’s is going to be under so much scrutiny for their use of LMIAs. Doing a temporary job totally out of your scope of work and education comes with huge risks. IRCC may actually start trying to see is people will work in these industries longterm and not leave the industry right after PR. You may qualify for CEC and maybe eventually get selected but there is also a good chance that you will run into issues as Canada tries to reform the LMIA system.
Awesome so if I work as a baker at Tim Hortons I can apply for CEC.Yes it does under skilled trades.
The criteria for CEC is very straightforward. Regardless of your previous background of work or education, as long as you fulfil the 1 year in a TEER 0, 1, 3 job, you're eligible for the category I'm sure. Additionally, if IRCC happen to ask why you changed your field (I highly doubt they will), then you can give an LOE stating why you wanted to be baker. Just my 2 cents.Awesome so if I work as a baker at Tim Hortons I can apply for CEC.
it will count as teer 3 right?
