can anyone could tell me how to contact the chc people,regarding my medical reports have been received by them or not ? because wen i checkd wit t hospital ,,they said they have sent and ma file is complete,,but i got a cal frm embassy,that they are unable to locate,so they contacted me for my details ,,,,,,kindly suggest me a way out of this
