i was wondering if anybody remembers whether when they came to canada on a work visa or study permit and their spouse came in with them, was there a question on the form that asked for spouse's maiden name????
the cec form asks for dependant's maiden name but i dont remember if we were asked for the same info before, because i didnt put my spouse's maiden name there and i just wonder if it was asked and i didnt declare it then, would it be considered misrepresentation???
