Does anybody whose NOC code starts with 'Axxxx' applied between Oct'14-Dec '14 received AOR? I heard people with NOC code 'Bxxxx' who applied between oct and dec got their packets returned with the reason "CAP reached maximum". Just curious of NOC code 'Axxx'...

If you applied under CEC its irrespective of NOC code . If 8000 cap is reached they will stop processing more applications . However it is not confirmed officially that the cap is reached .Its just some applicants who have received the letter . I find it strange that all letters posted online are dated 23rd January
. Maybe they will post more letters in days to come and confirm that the cap has really reached . Till then keep your hopes alive Good Luck
