Does anybody knows if Tunis or Paris issues the PR visas?

Hi I was wondering if anybody is dealing with Tunis consulate and Paris and know which one issues the visa. Where do you send ur passports ?to Tunis or send them to Paris? Thank you!

Tunisia don't issue PR visa for Canada. All PR visa for Tunisian's will be handled by Paris visa office. Your visa processing office will be Paris.
