Does any one know when the Nova Scotia applications will open again?

I hear it's been closed for quite a long time. Any updates...I want to fill in the the details, and wait until it's open for submission, but I don't see any where which could navigate me to any forms etc..

I dont think Nova Scotia is going to open. I attended the East Coast provinces event in London and the rep from NS said that they were getting ready for the Atlantic pilot thing and looking to get candidates on that programme.
